As a Texas resident, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

You may request confirmation of whether we process your personal data and access a copy of that data.

Correction

You may request correction of inaccurate personal data we hold about you.

Deletion

You may request deletion of your personal data from our systems.

Data Portability

You may request a copy of your personal data in a portable, readily usable format.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of:

• The sale of your personal data
• Targeted advertising
• Profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects

Response Time

We will respond to your request within 45 days. If we need additional time, we will notify you of an extension (up to an additional 45 days).
